在我工作的環境中，使用Mac OS X 10.9及Firefox 31.0（目前最新版），連線科技部網站，而後
科技部首頁->研究人員登入
就會出現error：

arspb.most.gov.tw. Peer's certificate has an invalid
signature. (Error code: sec_error_bad_signature)

because the authenticity of the received data could not
be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of
this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in
the help menu to report this broken site.
先前使用Firefox 30，可以暫時使用，但升級到31版，並且到憑證管理中心，下載科技部憑證(SerialNumber=0000000010020946,CN=ARSPB.MOST.GOV.TW,OU=科技部,O=行政院,C=TW)，而後「匯入憑證」，並重新開啟Firefox31，結果依然不行，請問有好的解決方案嗎？
