下文教你檢查 Flash 版本

1. 網址列輸入 about:config
   plugin.expose_full_path
   真假值 true
   
   
2. about:plugins
   應該會看到
   Shockwave Flash
   檔名: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32.dll
   Shockwave Flash 10.0 r45
   
   副檔名swf 啟用
   
   
3. 如果 檔名: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32.dll
   請到 C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\
   NPSWF32.dll 右鍵/內容/版本，檢查版本號是不是 10.0.45.2

如果上文步驟 2 與 3 的版本號不吻合，請用A方法。如果吻合，請告訴我們你的 Flash 版本，或用離線安裝版。

1. 1. 關閉 firefox
   2. 開始->執行 %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\
   3. 用文字編輯器開啟 profiles.ini
   4. 找到 Path=Profiles/your_profiles.default　　 (綠字部份每個人不一樣)
   5. 開始->執行 %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\your_profiles.default
   6. 刪除 pluginreg.dat
   7. 開啟 firefox
